6 - Negotiate & Close
Now comes the waiting game. The buyer must open an escrow account, showing that they have the funds to proceed and are serious about the transaction. These funds will stay in this account until all documents and negations have been settled, and the transaction comes to a close. I’ll be there to simplify and guide you through this lengthy and confusing process.
